Cucumber cut into segments (I have 3 cm). Make cups, gently cleaning the pulp, so as not to damage the bottom.
Egg grate on a fine grater.
Shrimp are finely chopped, leaving a few pieces for decoration.
The cucumber pulp is also crushed.
Mix shrimps, cucumber, egg. Season with mayonnaise.
If desired, add salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
The resulting salad fill our cucumber cups and decorate with shrimp and herbs!!
