The simplest chocolate dessert with just two ingredients will appeal to a sweet tooth. Served as ice cream, frozen or just as a chilled dessert. It holds its shape perfectly and has a delicate pudding texture. Perfectly combined with fresh berries or whipped cream!
Boiled condensed milk, like chocolate, must be of high quality. Chocolate with a minimum amount of sugar. Sweetness is enough from condensed milk.
Take a saucepan with a thick bottom, add boiled condensed milk.
Add the broken chocolate to the condensed milk.
Put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, wait until the chocolate is completely dissolved. The mass should become uniform and shiny.
If desired, you can add nuts, candied fruits, and cookie pieces to the mass.
The form in which you will freeze the dessert, cover with film. You can also use small silicone molds.
Lay out the chocolate mass.
Wrap the edges of the film on top. Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Then take out the dessert by the edges of the film and place it on a serving plate.
