  1. Cut the meat of chicken thighs into pieces convenient for frying about 4x4cm..
  2. Add mayonnaise and adjika. I don’t add spices anymore, because adjika has EVERYTHING!!
  3. Stir and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. The longer it lasts, the tastier it turns out.
  4. Thread on skewers. I don’t soak them in advance – they don’t have time to burn!
  5. Here’s my new kitchen helper!!
  6. Preheat the grill. I do everything individually. Lay out the skewers.
  7. Cook until golden brown. If necessary, turn it over.
  8. Grilled mushrooms are a great addition. Please have a seat at the table!
