To make this smoothie, I used extra oat flakes, pears and two types of juice: peach and mango. The drink was delicious, fragrant, refreshing.

  2. Pour the flakes with a mixture of juices, leave for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixer, whisk the chopped pears and flakes with juice.
  4. Add honey and whisk again.
  5. Serve garnished with coconut crackers.
