  1. Eggs need to be hard-boiled. Put the curd cheese in the dish, grate the Carrots and send them to the cheese. Add sesame seeds, pepper, and mix. Separate the yolk from the white of the eggs. Protein RUB on a grater, to mash yolks and combine with the ground. Send the protein, combine and taste for salt and pepper, if you thought something was not enough, then add to taste.
  2. Form balls with wet palms, about the size of an average walnut. The balls are perfectly formed. Put the balls in a suitable dish with a lid and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve to your taste. I will serve the balls in a plate on finely chopped dill and sprinkle them with sesame seeds on top.
  4. An excellent appetizer that does not require a long cooking time. Serve. Curd cheese can be replaced in the snack with fat curd, adding a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and finely chopped greens!
