With the frenzied rhythm of life, you want to cook quickly, easily, but so that the dish is delicious and looks beautiful on the table. In this recipe, I’m thinking of mini croissants with salmon and cream cheese. This snack is one of my signature dishes, which I often cook, both for a holiday and for every day. It’s delicious with a glass of wine, tea or coffee.

Instructions
  1. Prepare our products. Add finely chopped dill and crushed garlic clove to the cream cheese. Stir, the filling is ready. I have a ready-made purchased dough, there was no need to defrost it, which further accelerated the cooking process. Sliced fish, lightly salted salmon (you can replace your favorite, canned, trout, salmon …). To begin with, try the fish, because it can be salty, then a piece of fish should be smaller, and put a little more cheese.
  2. From 500 g of dough, I managed to cut out three circles for croissants (it turned out 24 pieces). Divide the dough into segments. Put a piece of fish, and a spoonful of cheese filling on top. Flip the croissants.
  3. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Brush the croissants with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds/poppy seeds.
  5. Send the croissants to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Watch your oven, croissants should turn golden.
  6. When the croissants are ready, remove from the oven, cool.
  7. That’s how mini croissants turn out.
  8. Ready!
