With the frantic pace of life I want to cook quickly, easily, but the dish was delicious and looked beautiful on the table. In this recipe I think mini croissants with salmon and cream cheese. This snack is one of my specialties, which I cook often, both for the holiday and for every day. Tasty and a glass of wine, and tea or coffee.
Prepare our products.
In cream cheese add chopped dill and crushed garlic clove. Stir, the filling is ready.
The dough I have a ready purchase, defrosting was not necessary, which further accelerated the cooking process. Sliced fish, light-salted salmon (you can substitute your favorite, can, trout, salmon...). To start, try the fish, because it can be salty, then a piece of fish should be smaller, and cheese to put a little more.
From 500 g of dough I was able to cut three circles for the croissants (got 24 pieces). Divide the dough into segments. Spread a piece of fish, and on top of a spoonful of cheese filling. Turn the croissants.
Spread the croissants on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Grease croissants with yolk and sprinkle with sesame / poppy seeds.
Send croissants to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Watch your oven, croissants should be Golden.
When croissants are ready, take out of the oven, cool.
