Snack Spicy Balls Recipe

Instructions
  1. You will need lentils and buckwheat. Pour lentils with water in a ratio of 1: 1.5 and cook until tender (10 minutes). Buckwheat is cooked in my multicooker-pressure cooker in 8 minutes. Drain off excess water. Lightly sauté the onions in vegetable oil.
  2. Mix lentils and buckwheat, add onion and garlic. Grind lightly with a blender until puree. Add spices to taste. The puree should be thick enough.
  3. Blind balls, roll them in bread crumbs.
  4. Fry quickly in a frying pan preheated with oil. You can serve it with some spicy sauce or just sour cream.
