Snack Spicy Balls Recipe
Delicate balls with a crispy crust! The dish will be appreciated by vegetarians and those fasting in the spring.
Instructions
  1. You will need lentils and buckwheat. Pour lentils with water in a ratio of 1: 1.5 and cook until tender (10 minutes). Buckwheat is cooked in my multicooker-pressure cooker in 8 minutes. Drain off excess water. Lightly sauté the onions in vegetable oil.
