I am indifferent to Halloween, not our holiday. But I love pumpkin, and on this day I’m ready to fool around with it. And in the end: the most flavorful, delicious, bright and healthy soup for the whole family.

  1. In a frying pan, fry strips of raw smoked bacon, melt the fat, remove the bacon from the pan.
  2. Onions cut into cubes, fry in fat from bacon to transparency.
  3. Vegetables are washed, cleaned, cut into cubes: pumpkin, potatoes, carrots.
  4. Put the vegetables in the pan to the onion, pour boiling water to cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Squeeze out the juice of half an orange.
  6. Add salt, chopped ginger, curry and chili flakes. Boil.
  7. Pour the cream.
  8. Bring the soup to a boil.
  9. Punch the soup into the puree with a blender.
  10. Again bring to a boil.
  11. Serve the soup-puree hot, decorate with cream. I poured it into a cooking bag, cut off the tip, and made a cobweb. And the spider is a star of star anise. Bon Appetit!
