Instructions
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
Add diced potatoes and rice washed in cold water. Pour in 400 ml of broth (or boiling water). Cook until the potatoes and rice are ready.
Cut the crab sticks into small pieces. Add to the pan.
Then add the corn. Bring to a boil. Add to taste.
Sprinkle with herbs. Turn off the fire. Let it brew a little. When serving, pepper.
