Finely chop the onion, sausage or sausages into medium-sized pieces. In a frying pan with high edges or in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the bacon, sausage and onion.
Cut carrots into strips or small cubes, potatoes into cubes. Add to the pan, stir and fry everything together for about a minute.
