The amount of ingredients is indicated on a pan of 4.5 liters.
To put water on the fire, bring to boil, to send into the water the chopped onion and potatoes. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, send carrots.
After another 5 minutes put the cauliflower. Let it boil.
After 5 minutes of boiling put in a pan of spinach.
When all the spinach has melted and the soup comes to a boil, place the peas and keep on heat for another 2 minutes.
Remove the soup from the heat, add the garlic and salt to taste. Take a blender to get mashed potatoes.
Put the soup on fire for a couple of minutes before boiling. The soup is ready. Pour on plates and serve to the table with crackers and herbs.
