Boil or bake beets until tender, cool and peel. Cut into thin strips.
Peel the daikon and grate it on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens and mix. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Add ground pepper (optional) to the cream and beat until the consistency of sour cream. Add seasoning and stir. It will add a spicy taste of pickles and salt.
Combine daikon and beets, add cream and stir. Place in glasses, top with cheese and serve.
