  1. A necessary ingredient. My beans are pickled. However, a simple boiled and stewed dish with any of your greens is perfect for a salad.
  2. Cut the vegetables the way you like – you can use straws, you can use cubes, you can break the salad with your hands (I just like it sliced).
  3. For the salad, I decided to cut it into strips, but you can also grate it.
  4. Then the eggs.
  5. When all the ingredients are ready and safely sent to the salad bowl, prepare a simple sauce – today I wanted this option: homemade yogurt with adjika for color and flavor.
  6. So the sauce turns out to be slightly pink, beautiful.
  7. Ready!
