  1. A necessary ingredient. My beans are pickled and cooked. However, a simple boiled and stewed dish with any of your greens is perfect for a salad.
  2. Cut the vegetables the way you like – you can use straws, you can use cubes, you can break the salad with your hands (I just like it sliced).
  3. For the salad, I decided to cut it into strips, but you can also grate it.
  4. Eggs.
  5. When all the ingredients are ready and safely sent to the salad bowl, prepare a simple sauce – today I wanted this option: homemade yogurt with adjika for color and flavor.
  6. So the sauce turns out to be slightly pink, beautiful.
  7. Ready!
