Add squeezed garlic to the cottage cheese (I have 1 clove, because children don’t like this taste), crushed mint or other herbs, salt, pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
Wash and peel the cucumber. I have a great, small cucumber in our area – a rarity.
Cut it into 7-8 pieces. About 3 cm.
Remove the middle from each part (save).
Mix the remaining middle of cucumbers with sour cream, salt, pepper, grind in a blender.
Pour the cucumbers with the curd mixture.
We put our cucumbers on a plate, pour the sauce and decorate. Place in the refrigerator before serving.
