Instructions
Take the mushrooms and release the cap from the leg. Mushrooms take the largest, they will decrease when baking.
In a bowl, pour vegetable oil and squeeze out the garlic through the press. Salt to taste, stir well.
Lubricate the hats with fragrant oil first on the outside, and then inside.
In the same bowl, break the eggs, add a little salt, add a small chopped bunch of any herbs, stir.
Fill the hats with egg mixture about a tablespoon each.
Spread the cheese cut into small cubes on top.
Then diced tomatoes, pepper to taste. Send to the oven, bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, look at your oven.
The finished dish is sprinkled with chopped parsley and served to the table.
