Cut the tomato into slices across. Remove the middle in each plastic, leaving the walls about five millimeters. Cut the extracted tomato pulp into small pieces.
Chop the parsley. Chop the cheese.
Prepare the filling: put the extracted tomato pulp, cheese, parsley, egg, and pepper in a container. Mix all the ingredients.
Transfer the tomato rings to a greased frying pan and place the filling in the center.
