  1. Wash the salad, dry it with a paper towel, tear it and put it in a bowl.
  2. Wash the arugula, dry it, and tear it with your hands. Chop the onion and chop the washed spinach. Radish cut into circles or halves of circles, if it is large.
  3. Also chop the cucumbers. Mix all the vegetables.
  4. Prepare the dressing. Sour cream mixed with fitaki and soy sauce. Season the salad and top with eggs.
