Wonderful, crispy salad filled with spring freshness. Very easy to prepare.

  1. Salad wash, dry and pick by hand into pieces. Cucumber cut into triangular slices, tomatoes in half or in quarters (depending on their size), pepper free from the core and cut into strips. All the vegetables gently to mix in a wide bowl.
  2. To prepare the dressing, put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with a whisk.
  3. Put the salad on a flat dish and pour the dressing. Sprinkle with tarragon leaves. Garnish with egg slices and dill sprigs.
