  1. First, prepare homemade crackers. Cut three or four slices of white bread into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a small amount of cumin seeds, squeeze out a clove of garlic and sprinkle with mustard oil. Stir and place in the oven to dry until golden brown.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into arbitrary pieces. I like it when the pieces are different sizes. Add salt, if you like, you can sprinkle a little sugar (so the taste of tomatoes will become brighter), sprinkle with mustard oil. Cut a piece of smoked mackerel finely, almost into a paste.
  3. Add the chopped basil.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of the salad. Garnish with grated cheese and basil sprigs on top.
