I suggest a sweet carrot sausage for dessert. The sausage turns out bright, delicious and flavorful. The basis of the sausage is carrots, cookies and nuts. Please your family and friends with this delicacy.
Peel and wash the carrots and grate them on a fine grater.
Put out with butter (40 gr.) for 5 minutes, add sugar, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes. under the closed lid. Then transfer the carrots to a bowl and let cool a little. Add the cinnamon and softened butter. Stir.
Add condensed milk and mix.
Place the shortbread in a blender.
Chop into crumbs.
Place the almonds in a blender.
Chop,but not in a crumb, so that there are pieces of nuts. I cut the pistachios into pieces with a knife.
Then combine everything: carrot mass, crushed cookies, nuts.
Stir well. The mass should be well molded.
Put half of the resulting mass on a piece of foil.
Tightly roll into a sausage. Just wrap the second half of the mass. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours or in the freezer for 1.5 hours.
After the sausage has cooled, decorate as desired and you can serve it to the table.
