  1. First, prepare a syrup of water and sugar. It is not necessary to boil it for a long time, it is enough to hold it on the fire after boiling for 5 minutes. In the hot syrup, spread the butter, leave for a couple of minutes. Then mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Mix cocoa powder and milk powder in a bowl.
  3. Pour the syrup into a bowl with cocoa and milk powder (I sift them through a sieve). Mix very well. At this stage, you need to add cardamom or other aromatic spices (cinnamon, vanilla) to the mass.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly and send the mass to the refrigerator to solidify for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Mold products of any shape from the mass and roll them in cocoa. If desired, some of the sweets can be rolled in crushed nuts or coconut chips. Transfer the product to a container and put it in the refrigerator. They can be stored there for up to 5 days.
