Instructions
Put a saucepan on the fire, pour in the soy sauce. Add the ketchup and jam and stir until the sauce is hot.
Add the remaining ingredients: lemon juice, grated ginger, grated garlic and finely chopped chili pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes over moderate heat.
Put the wings in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them and send them to a preheated 190 degree oven for 40 minutes.
This sauce is also perfect for chicken legs, which will be a great addition to your New Year’s table!
