  1. Let’s start with the Turkey. Fillet (I take small) wash, cut into small pieces. Grease the saucepan with refined sunflower oil, spread the pieces of Turkey fillet, stew until half cooked, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Clean, wash and cut into thin half-rings one onion. Sprinkle it on top of the Turkey.
  3. Then it was the turn of the bell pepper: I cut it into 4 parts lengthwise, peel it from the middle, and cut it into strips already across. We also send it to the saucepan.
  4. 3 young zucchini clean, wash, cut into half rings, send to stew. And immediately to them 2 tomatoes cut into quarter rings – also in a saucepan.
  5. We bring our dish to readiness. If desired, you can add garlic, herbs or your favorite spices. I left it like this this time, I wanted a clean taste.
  6. We serve our dish, decorate with herbs and serve it on the table!
