Wild rice contains copper, calcium, iodine, iron, amino acids – lysine, methionine, and threonine, folic acid. In addition, it contains a large amount of protein, so its use in food gives strength to the muscles.
In boiling water, pour wild rice ( 1 Cup of rice - 3 cups of water), cook over low heat under the lid for 30 minutes, salt at the end of cooking.
Corn can be taken canned, and you can cook yourself, I did it on the "steam" in the slow cooker, cooking time 40 minutes. Then cool and cut the grain.
My beans are frozen. I also cooked it in a multi-cooker on the "steam" mode - 10 minutes on a steam container.
Finely chop the onion. Pepper and dried tomatoes cut into strips, and cherry in half.
