Tomatoes cut into two parts, then RUB the tomatoes on a fine grater until the skin, it can be thrown away.
Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the pan, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, put diced onion.
Sauté the onion until soft.
Then add diced carrots. The mixture is slightly frying.
Next, add the chopped celery stalk, simmer the mixture until Al dente carrots.
Next add the homemade beef stew.
Add grated fresh tomatoes. Heat the mixture for a few minutes. If necessary, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. In this recipe, I did not add, in a jar with homemade stew they already have.
