Vanilla Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
Ice cream on whipped cream with natural vanilla is quite easy to make at home. Dessert turns out to be many times tastier and healthier than store-bought, without all kinds of substitutes and additives, and you can enjoy the taste of dessert at any time. Ice cream can be served as an independent dessert or as an ideal addition to apple strudel with dried cherries.

  1. In a bowl, mix the yolk of one large chicken egg, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar, whisk the mixture with a whisk.
  2. Pour in the milk and mix again. It is not necessary to achieve complete dissolution of sugar.
  3. Put a bowl with the yolk mixture on a water bath and, stirring continuously with a whisk, bring it to thickening. At this stage, the sugar crystals will completely dissolve. Cool completely.
  4. Whisk the heavy cream.
  5. Mix the whipped cream and the sweet yolk mixture.
  6. Gently mix with a silicone spatula.
  7. Put the semi-finished product in a container with a lid and put it in the freezer.
  8. After an hour, remove the ice cream from the freezer, mix and freeze again. Repeat the procedure twice more with an interval of one hour.
  9. Vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with apple strudel
