(Tabasco; not mandatory ingredient)
Instructions
All ingredients are listed for two servings. Cut rye bread into squares of about 1×1 cm .
Fry in a large amount of oil (so that each piece is thoroughly soaked) until crisp, stirring constantly. It will take about a minute.
Cut the cucumber and pepper into larger cubes.
Dressing: in a cup, carefully mix butter, mustard, tomato paste and a pinch of salt. I also add 5-6 drops of tabasco sauce.
Add still warm crackers to the vegetables, season. Finely chop the red hot pepper and add it to the salad (but you can do it without it).
Ready!
