Wash all vegetables.
Chop the young cabbage into thin strips,
cut the cucumber and tomatoes at random.
Cut the egg white into thin strips and break the yolk with your hands.
Cut the cheese into cubes or break it with your hands into random pieces.
Cut the shallots into a thin strip.
In a salad bowl, put the cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, herbs, shallots and egg white.
Pour vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the yolk and cheese.
You can optionally sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.
Stir before serving.
