  1. Chop the cabbage, add salt and mash with a spoon so that it gives juice.
  2. Boil the eggs, peel and separate the yolks, chop the whites and mix with the cabbage. The juice of red cabbage will turn the egg white blue.
  3. Cut cucumbers and carrots, add corn, combine with cabbage (by this time the proteins should be well colored).
  4. Mix it. Season to taste.
