Vegetable Salad with Fennel Recipe
An amazing vegetable is fennel. In appearance – an onion, in aroma – either anise, or dill. Juicy, crunchy. Salads with it are just lovely.

Instructions
In a large bowl, cut the salad into pieces with your hands.
Add the cucumber, cut into half rings.
Add the sliced tomatoes.
Cut half of the fennel onion into thin slices.
Add to the salad.
In the same place, pour half of the sliced Bulgarian pepper, preferably yellow, but you can also red.
Finely chop the fennel greens into a salad. It is not much, but do not neglect it, it is very fragrant.
If desired, you can add finely chopped green onions and a little parsley and dill to the salad.
Shake the olive oil and lemon juice thoroughly in a small jar, closing the lid tightly. Add salt to the salad, pour over the dressing and mix gently.
