  1. Wash and dry all vegetables and herbs. Slice the tomato and cucumber. Tear the lettuce and spinach with your hands.
  2. Fry the sesame seeds. Cut the cheese into cubes. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
