  1. We will prepare the necessary products. The amount of the product depends on the size of the cabbage leaves (and your appetite). I had leaves the size of a small palm. Wash and dry the vegetables. Open the jar with the vegetable mixture. The composition of the mix “Mexico” includes red beans, corn, sweet pepper and tomato paste, the taste is balanced and independent. But as the salad is being prepared, add some fresh vegetables and shrimp, which need to be boiled, cleaned and cooled. If your shrimps are already boiled and frozen, just dip them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Grate the cheese or cut into thin strips. Sweet pepper – cut into cubes. Lemon slices. Spinach-straws, finely chop green onions (leave some greens to decorate the salad)
  2. Separate three small undamaged leaves from the cabbage. Cut off the thickened part so that it looks like a plate. Place the leaves on a plate or a serving board and place the prepared bell pepper on the bottom of each leaf. If desired, you can add a little salt.
  3. Put the vegetable mixture on the pepper.
  4. Now spread a slice of lemon, spinach and green onion on each serving. Lightly season with salt and pepper with freshly ground red pepper. The main thing is to focus on your taste.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Now it’s the shrimp’s turn. After that, be sure to sprinkle the salad with lemon juice (shrimp and cabbage like sourness), pepper and pour each portion with a few drops of olive oil. This is what one portion of salad looks like on a leafy plate.
