Pepper, onion and celery cut into small cubes,
cut cherry tomatoes into halves.
Clean the prawns and either cut them up or use them whole, adding them to the vegetables (leave a few shrimps with tails for decoration).
You can buy ready-made shrimps, or you can marinate them yourself by mixing them with garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Mix the ingredients for the dressing, pour it into the salad, mix.
