Instructions
Wash the chicken spine and neck, pour cold water, cook for 45 – 60 minutes, lightly salted.
Prepare the rest of the products.
Wash vegetables and roots, peel and finely chop.
Remove the finished meat, strain the broth. If possible, remove the meat from the bones and return to the broth.
Put turnips and carrots in the broth. Cook over low heat.
After 5 minutes, add the onion and pepper, then after another 5 – zucchini and pasta. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped herbs, salt to taste, let boil and remove from heat. enjoy your meal!!!
