Instructions
Onions cut into cubes, carrots three on a large grater. And pass until the onion is translucent. It takes me about 10 minutes.
Then add the string beans and continue to saute for another 5 minutes.
Then add the cauliflower disassembled into inflorescences. Fry everything together for 5 minutes. Add salt and spices.
Pour in the whipped cream. stir and put to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
And so our dish is ready.
