Clean off the scales of the carp, remove the insides and gills. Wash, dry.
Make cuts on both sides at a distance of 3-5 cm from each other.
Pour the fish juice 1/2 lemon.
Sprinkle with chopped dill.
All procedures are carried out on both sides, not forgetting the abdomen. Leave for 1 hour.
Onions cut into cubes, carrots-on a large grater.
Fry in vegetable oil until soft, salted to taste.
Cut the pickled cucumber into cubes, add the onion and carrots, mix.
Stuffed fish filling.
Spread the fish in a greased form.
The remaining half of the lemon cut into slices, spread on the fish.
Cover with foil and in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then remove the foil and another 30 minutes in the oven. Look at your oven and the weight of the fish.
Fish is ready!
Serve with vegetables. It turns out very tender and tasty.
