- Clean off the scales of the carp, remove the insides and gills. Wash, dry. Make cuts on both sides at a distance of 3-5 cm from each other. Pour the fish juice 1/2 lemon. Salt. Add spices. Sprinkle with chopped dill. All procedures are carried out on both sides, not forgetting the abdomen. Leave for 1 hour.
