Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until almost cooked. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add to the vegetables. The fire is strong enough. Mix the breasts with the vegetables and fry for 7 minutes with the lid closed.
Then add our spices to the chicken and mix. Reduce the heat to medium. In a cup, mix cold sour cream and flour. Gradually add cold boiled water and stir. Then there will be no lumps. Pour the dressing over the chicken. Mix it.
After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes. The finished dish is served, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
