  1. Peel and wash the vegetables. Put the potatoes and carrots in a saucepan with water, let it boil. After 4-5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat, drain the water.
  2. Disassemble the cauliflower into large inflorescences. Put it in a saucepan with water, let it boil, remove the pan from the heat for 3-4 minutes, drain the water. Vegetables should not be cooked until tender, they should remain a little firm. Let them cool down.
  3. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces, disassemble the cauliflower into smaller inflorescences, about the size of the rest of the vegetables.
  4. Melt honey in a bowl in a water bath.
  5. Add vegetable oil and granular mustard. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, add dry crushed garlic. Mix thoroughly again.
  7. Season the vegetables with a mixture of salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently.
  8. Put the vegetables in a baking dish, pour honey-mustard filling evenly, mix gently. We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. During this time, gently mix the vegetables several times, taking them out of the oven. Remove the finished vegetables from the oven, let cool down a little and serve!
