Ingredients

Instructions
Chop the hazelnuts. It’s good if you pre-dry them in a dry frying pan for a more intense smell.
Put the nuts in a saucepan, add sugar and pour in the milk. Preheat all this mixture, but do not bring it to a boil!
Strain the milk from the nuts. Pour a little milk into the French press to beat the foam.
Pour the “nutty” milk into a serving glass and leave it to foam. The optimal temperature for foaming milk is 60-65 degrees!
Pour whiskey and wine into a glass, mix. Pour in the milk with foam and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
It turned out to be a very pleasant combination of flavors and aroma! I recommend this drink in addition to marshmallows with persimmons and walnuts.
