Mint freshness, juicy apple, tender broccoli and hot teriyaki sauce. A very good combination. It can be prepared as an appetizer or as a main course for dinner during Lent.

  1. Lightly fry broccoli in vegetable oil with walnuts.
  2. Add the teriyaki sauce and heat until caramelized for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add mint and cherry tomatoes. Warm everything up under the lid for about 10 minutes.
  4. When serving, sprinkle with teriyaki, sprinkle with pine nuts and put the hot salad on a plastic apple.
