  2. Wash the asparagus, trim the tips, about 1.5-2 cm. Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add the prepared asparagus and fry everything over medium heat (under the lid) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the nuts to the asparagus and fry for another 3-4 minutes (under the lid).
  6. Then add the raisins, honey, soy sauce, wine and lemon juice.
  7. Stir and simmer all together for another 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally so that it does not stick!
  8. The dish is ready! Serve warm!
