In a frying pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil.
Cut the asparagus into slices about 0.5-1 cm thick. Fry in a frying pan, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Add the chopped leek and finely chopped garlic. Fry for another minute or two.
Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan, reduce the heat to very low and leave under the lid for 10 minutes (the time depends on the thickness of the circles, it may take a little longer).
When serving, sprinkle with allspice and your favorite herbs.
