  1. Cherry tomatoes cut into halves, avocado cubes.
  2. Pine nuts fry in a dry frying pan. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Prepare the dressing: mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Wash the liver, dry it, cut it. Fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. The fire should be higher than average, fry quickly, for 3 minutes, so that the liver remains soft, does not dry out.
  4. To prepare the salad: put lettuce leaves, tomatoes, avocado, liver on a plate, pour the dressing, sprinkle with pine nuts, decorate with balsamic cream.
