Pre-defrost the string beans (I have frozen). Put it in a bowl and add finely chopped pepper. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.
Add soy sauce.
Then add olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix well.
Put in a closed form and cook in the oven, preheated to 200 gr., 15-20 minutes. Then transfer the beans and pepper to a salad bowl, add cherry tomatoes cut into two halves and quail eggs, also cut into halves.
