Pod beans (I have frozen) pre-thaw. Put in a bowl, add the chopped pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Add soy sauce.
Then add the olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Stir well.
Put in a lined form and cook in the oven, preheated to 200 gr., 15-20 min. Then put the beans and pepper in a salad bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut into two halves and quail eggs, also cut into halves. Ready-made salad can be served at the table. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with nuts, I have cedar.
