Pod beans (I have frozen) pre-thaw. Put in a bowl, add the chopped pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Add soy sauce.
Then add the olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Stir well.
Put in a covered form and cook in the oven, preheated to 200 gr., 15-20 min. Then put the beans and pepper in a salad bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut into two halves and quail eggs, also cut into halves.
Ready salad can be served to the table. Before serving, if desired, sprinkle with nuts, I have cedar.
