Pod beans (I have frozen) pre-defrost. Put in a bowl, add the chopped pepper. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Add soy sauce.
Then add the olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix well.
Put in a covered form and cook in the oven, preheated to 200 gr., 15-20 minutes. Then transfer the beans and pepper to a salad bowl, add the cherry tomatoes cut into two halves and the quail eggs, also cut into halves.
